What we process

Legal grounds and collection
Data is collected electronically through the website form. Processing relies on Article 5/2 of the KVKK: steps directly related to entering into or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. For visitors covered by the GDPR, the equivalent grounds are Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f).
Who receives it
Data may be shared, limited to the purpose, with our website service provider, our hosting and email providers, Cloudflare for form security, and authorities legally entitled to it. Some of these providers operate servers outside Türkiye; transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK.
How long we keep it
We keep data until your request is concluded and for the periods required by applicable law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, have it corrected, deleted or destroyed, object to an adverse result of solely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage. Visitors in the EU and UK also have GDPR and UK GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may complain to their supervisory authority.
